Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Driiver ("the Service") is a driver identification and vehicle inspection application operated by Continuum Partners LLC ("we," "us"), a limited liability company registered in Arizona, United States. Driiver is provided to transportation fleets ("Fleet Customers") who use the Geotab telematics platform. If you are a driver using this app, your employer or contracting fleet is the data controller of your information; we process data on their behalf as a service provider.

2. Information we process

• Identity provided by your fleet: your name and driver record as it exists in your fleet's MyGeotab system, and (if used) an employee number for verification.
• Sign-in events: when you scan a vehicle sticker or enter a vehicle code, we record the date, time, vehicle, and your driver identity, and write that assignment to your fleet's MyGeotab database.
• Inspection records (DVIR): inspection results you submit, including pass/fail marks, notes, photos you take, timestamp, and the location captured at submission. These are recorded to your fleet's MyGeotab database as required vehicle inspection records.
• Vehicle data displayed to you: trip summaries, safety exceptions, and vehicle fault data shown in the app are retrieved from your fleet's MyGeotab database; we display them and do not create them.
• Technical data: an activation/session key stored on your device, and standard technical logs (IP address, device/browser type) necessary to operate and secure the Service.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not track your location continuously. Location is captured only at the moment you submit an inspection, for the inspection record.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Where data lives

Vehicle assignments and inspection records are written to your fleet's MyGeotab database (operated by Geotab Inc.). Activation records, session keys, and inspection photos are stored on our infrastructure (Supabase; hosted in the United States). Inspection photos are linked from your inspection record.

5. Retention

Records written to your fleet's MyGeotab database are retained under your fleet's and Geotab's retention policies (federal rules require carriers to retain DVIRs for a minimum period). Activation and session data is retained while your access is active and removed or anonymized after deactivation, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

Access is controlled by one-time activation codes issued by your fleet administrator. Each driver has one active session; activating on a new device revokes prior sessions. Fleet administrators can revoke a driver's access at any time, which immediately invalidates the session.

7. Your rights

Because your fleet is the data controller, requests to access, correct, or delete your information should be directed to your fleet administrator. We will assist your fleet in fulfilling such requests. Depending on your state or country, you may have additional statutory rights.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy at this address and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to Fleet Customers.
